I WANT TO GIVE A BIG SHOUT OUT TO JADE. My girlfriend loves lush cosmetics and i wanted to buy her a few products for her birthday. I told Jade what i was here for and i just didn’t know what i was doing. Jade immediately sprung into action and asked my all different types of questions about my girlfriend so we can pick out the right products. She was very understanding, patient, and showed me the best costumer service i have ever received.

My favorite store ever, because it smells amazing in there every time, it’s always an experience, and the staff are kind and helpful! Kayla assisted me today and she was extremely knowledgeable of all the products and her customer service skills are superb! Thanks, Kayla!

These products are absolutely amazing! My baby is 19 months young, and I have been desperately searching a natural curl cream for her tight ringlet curls that tend to tangle easily & could use some hydration. I came across the Curl Power cream that I was able to sample in store and the moment I ran a little through her hair my fingers glided through. It smelt amazing && her curls looked absolutely lush! Ppl were watching as I did this & even they looked impressed! The young woman who helped us, I hate that I didn't get her name ??♀️, was so nice & she gave me a couple of samples, one being a facial scrub called Angels On Bareskin which was amazing! It left my face feeling clean, soft and not at all harsh. I can't wait to go back in and buy more much needed, natural, one of a kind products. Lush definitely gained a fan for life❣️

We booked my daughter’s 12th birthday party here and she had a wonderful time with 5 of her friends! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff were so engaging and creative and the girls had an amazing time! They made bath bombs, sampled products, and played several games. (Amazing party favors were included, too) Best of all, she felt very special on her birthday. Thank you so much!

flove coming to this Lush location because the staff is friendly and always greets me when I walk into the store. Last time I had to find an associate to help me with something but this last time I visited, the associate named Jade asked me what I was shopping for and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my mom, which my mom loved!!! That's why I'm writing this review. If someone can suggest something MY picky mother will love, I know I got the best service possible. :)Thanks for having such a great store!

Gosh I feel so horrible I didn’t catch the girls names that were working tonight but they were so amazing! They helped me with all my questions and were so kind. I absolutely loved the selection they had, everything was so cute!! I’m excited to try my bath bombs!

I always come in to find my wife a gift and the ladies working always have such wonderful recommendations. Always so kind! I was helped by one of the managers Kayla and she was very kind and informative! My wife loved her present!

I will not come here again. I was not greeted and I did have questions, but no one asked. When I went towards them, they got quiet as if I was disturbing them, so they made it feel awkward. Any other Lush location that I’ve been to, everyone is welcoming and has great customer service, always ready to help and suggest if needed. The two women just sat by the register on phone or just talking amongst each other. They did not approach anyone. There were a few other customers that walked in and the two employees did not move or say a word to anyone.
