  When I walked into the La-Z-Boy store I was greeted by Lorrie and explained what I was looking for. She took me to the display and they had just what I was searching for.   The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful! Gloria made the entire process very seamless. Everyone at this location is great!

  I attempted a purchase at another store...evidently it was too difficult. I called La-Z-boy, spoke with Darren, placed the order and there was no issue. I appreciate completing the transaction by phone due to current physical recovery. That was good business practice.
