Gave 3 stars because, as a person with disability, it is not easy to make your way through the "aisles"Bigger items are just sitting there, in the way. Paintings leaning against each other and some display furniture without any organization. Seriously surprised I didn't play domino's in there with the furniture and other items just by trying to walk through

OMGOSH! I drove to my nearest location, Harlingen,TX) and while it showed it was in stock it wasn't but the young lady was helpful trying to check stock. I called San Antonio location, unfortunately they didn't or wouldn't entertain looking for the lamp and got very crude customer service. My husband and I called stores in PA, NC, WI, Houston and Katy Texas, ( we have adult children in those locations for pickup), to no avail, item was not in stock or poor customer service. HUGE shout out to Moore's location in Corpus Christi, and specifically Saundra, you made my husband a hero today. Great customer service, and she even wrapped a bow on it. Lamp is beautiful, worth the price and drive. Thanks Kirkland's of Corpus Christi!
