I went to buy some fabric, but the older, short woman cutting the fabric was constantly rude and irritable toward customers. It was incredibly unpleasant. The sadness I felt about my favorite fabric store closing instantly disappeared. She may be losing her job, but with that kind of attitude, it's no surprise. Running a business this way is a sure path to closure. Farewell, Joann!

Wanted to support this store in these competitive times. I’ve always loved shopping at Joann fabric. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the cutting counter half an hour before closing, I was told it was closed. I live 45 minutes away so returning the next morning wasn’t an option. Closing the counter 10 minutes before store closing would’ve been more understandable. And why there wasn’t an announcement on the PA that the counter closes so early, I don’t know. If I missed it by a few minutes, I would’ve had plenty of time to hurry up and get there earlier—if only I’d been warned. They wouldn’t have lost another customer.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. We purchased a sewing machine from here on Saturday, only to find a better machine elsewhere for less. On Sunday, we were told that "We can't accept returns on corded items," even though the box was clearly unopened, this policy is posted nowhere in public at the location, AND the JoAnn website CLEARLY states that "Electronics must be returned with a receipt and in an unopened box." So, two-for-two there. We were then told to take the machine to the Singer store and they could help us. I will never purchase any expensive items from JoAnn again.

The sales associates at this location are quite possibly the most helpful people I've ever seen in a Joann's store. Noella was especially bright and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back. Keep it up yall.

They have A Lot of fabric options & great prices! They often have coupons for regular priced items; so, check their website!
