Today I went to go pick up my items but the employee, I think Mary her name tag said, was very rude, barely a hello, how are you, nothing. She just looked at my receipt, grabbed my stuff, and didn’t even ask if I wanted a bag for my items. There was not even a line in the store, there was no reason to be in such a rushed, rude manner. Honestly I always recommend and love coming to this James Avery as I see friendly faces and very welcoming, but today was definitely a surprise with this treatment. From now on I’ll go to the one in Dillards. Definitely need some improvement on customer service.
