Was looking for a very hard to find piece of a tail light set, they had it for a very reasonable price. They communicated well via text and calling. Although shipping almost doubled my total cost, they did use UPS which tends to be a bit more pricey but also more reliable. So for that shipping cost, it’s no fault of J&S Imported Auto Parts. The part showed up with a damaged box but the part itself was very well protected with a whole heap of bubble wrap. All in all, definitely would recommend. Especially for hard to find parts/pieces.

I found them online looking for an obsolete turn signal lamp for an old car. They supplied me with a new one at a price lower that some of the used ones I found. They shipped quick and it looks good on the car. Thanks J&S Imported Auto Parts.

Didn't have what I needed.After the response I got, I figured I'd update my rating, as customer service plays a big part in businesses.Lashing out at a customer for a 3 star review is just wrong. Not only did you not have a part I needed, but the service I recieved was poor. I left that out, in my initial review. Looks like that was not just a fluke, but that's the mentality there, kinda sad

Rude customer service.I posted a "critic type review" 3 stars, as customer service was not good, and no help with finding a part. Guy I was working with literally turned around to help co-worker locate a part, in the middle of helping me.In response, they attacked me, so gotta let everyone know about my experience.

Well people what can I say it's a wrecking yard but these guys are a first class shop very professional polite courtesy they were able to find the glass I was looking for but unfortunately it wasn't able to be removed without fracturing it but they were very helpful and very professional I definitely recommend using this spot five star review
