Great place to purchase cute greeting cards, candles, houseware gifts, ship anything USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. however you cannot ship laptops or lithium batteries. I needed to return my work computer and need to go to FedEx directly instead.

I emailed a document for them to print out for me. 25 cents a copy is normal rate. Had 5 pages. Bill was $3.24. When asked why it was so high, I was told 25 cents per copy and that the rest was for their internet fee. I questioned why? The answer was that they have to pay for the internet. Well. I sure do appreciate that I was paying for the internet for the young lady that was sitting at the counter on her phone undoubtedly using the company WiFi. Isn’t internet a Cost of Doing Business? Please beware and cautious when using this company.

I have mailed packages all over the USA and Isle Mail and More is by far the most efficient and helpful mail service I have ever used. They go out of their way to help the customer.

Beware excessive overcharges, rude and unethical business practices! Nothing short of excessive charges. Shipped a packed with them they charged $130.97 for the package when I went to UPS because I was shocked at the cost to ship a 7 lb package 2nd day to Florida. Created an exact duplicate of the $130 package and it was $13.99 through UPS!! Reached out because clearly there had to be an error and no they claim that is their pricing structure!! I understand they are in Business to make money and that is fine but a 10 time mark up seriously. They clearly take advantage of their customers and certainly do not disclose their excessive fees and claimed the charge was due to the package size more erroneous explanations. When I asked for a detailed receipt they claimed they didn’t have one. The entire interaction was a red flag. Based on other reviews it seems this is the way they conduct business. I am sure UPS will find their unethical charges and policies interesting. I am sure they will have a copy and paste response to this review but I will happily provide proof.

I absolutely love this place! The location is perfect for me and the staff is so professional and friendly. I came in for copies and a package drop off. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Every time I go to get pdf files or important docs they print them expediently.They also will pull up and print items they are absolutely awesome. The staff is more than accomodating and always happy. Any type of mail concern or requirement from expiditing concerns to renting a mailbox or overnighting registered mail etc they have the customers back 100% and then some.... Yeah it's really like that!!! The employees are good at what they do and have good regular customers as well. Let's put it this way it's like a mom and pop feel while accomplishing whatever your needs are while there and you leave happy and satisfied. I've used them quite a few times for important and casual needs never dissapointed. I'm very extremely pleased and will continue to use them. Proof is in the pudding so to speak see for yourself!!
