I have had Sylvette, at H&R Block, file my income tax for years. Now I file online, due to my situation. It is very convenient and quick. Sylvette is always helpful when I call. I would recommend H&R Block, and especially Sylvette.

Told me to come in for information from last year's taxes for free, after coming in they told me i would have to pay 25 bucks for the info but could get it off the website for free... Never even had to go.

GREAT SERVICE AND EVERYTHING BUT THE PRICE TO GET THE TAXES DONE ARE A MAJOR PROBLEM! $300 IS WAY TOOOOO MUCH! HAVE TO FIND A NEW TAX SERVICE NEXT YEAR IF THIS PRICE DOESN'T GET LOWERED!
