I go to H&R Block every year for help with my taxes. I love how efficient and organized they are. I always leave with peace of mind. Martha Broyles was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.

Never going to use H&R Block again. Was not told the pricing of my filing upfront as their sign dictates, was laughed at multiple during my filing process by my filing agent, and had to help the filing agent use their computer to access their own files. Was new to tax filing procedures and rather than being treated like an adult, I was mocked and spoken to like infant. To top of this lousy experience, the A/C was broken but the staff at this location couldn't even tell.In short, file online or use another company.

The ladies behind the cubicles, and then the ones who answered our nervous Nellie phone calls and then forgetting our appointment, when we were more than 20 minutes walk away.My youngest son decided to go in person and get his return in a few days on their EMERALD CARD, they handled our paperwork quickly and didn't go above the quote. The ladies reminded us that if we go as a walk-in, then it could be a long wait.My son was hesitant to go in person, but so risky online when it could disappear with clerks washing their hands of stealing our refundsBack in the early years of owning my own business, I signed up for a 3 week tax course at their office...well worth the time and money. Through this education, i was able to find $9,000 deductions, and so, I cleared $46,000 my first year in business.I learned from my hardworking parents to go there every year.
