I have been buying Hill Country Fare Purified Water for a few months, I used to buy Ozarka Spring Water. Cost is what brought me to Hill Country Fare Purified Water. Today, 3-13-25, I put one in the freezer for an hour. It was slightly frozen. When I tried drinking it it seemed different. The frozen parts didn't dissolve properly, they had to be chewed. Weird for slushy ice. I noticed the water has Calcium Chloride and Sodium. Calcium Chloride damages kidneys and too much Sodium is also bad. I won't be buying the water anymore. I was wondering why I'm always thirsty, especially since I only drink water. I take Citracal Calcium and Thyroid meds with sodium. It's no wonder, I'm always thirsty and retaining Water. If you sell water, it should just be Water. No added products!!! Highly disappointed.

I rarely eat steak. But 2 months ago I bought a steak. Somehow I noticed there are weird white short strand in it. I began to have doubts thinking what I was thinking-yes tapeworms on a steak. I threw right away that piece of packed meat. I know to differentiate fats from unknown/uncommon substances in a meat or seafood. To those who have poor eyesight at least cook your meat well.

Never order a home delivery or trust their managers! I spoke with a manager about an item that I needed 3 more of. He said they didn't have it at that location, but, if I ordered it online, I could have it delivered. I did what he said, but I recieved 3 of the wrong item. I paid $30 for $12 worth of products, and now they won't even correct it. I'll never order from them again, nor will I trust their managers. I needed these items today. I could've just ordered from Walmart instead. Now I'm out a total of $40. Customer service was horrible, too. They did not help fix my problem.

I normally don’t have any issues with this location other than the people in charge of the lottery machines. I came in at 6am to pick up some breakfast items and decided to buy a scratch off. The machine took my money and it shut down then rebooted. A sweet cashier called someone from management. Nobody came down which I understand it was early in the morning so the cashier told me to come back. I did come back and someone was able to open the machine around 7:00am. I had explained to her what had happened, scanned my id, put in the $5 in and the machine shut down and in the process of waiting for someone the machine had rebooted itself. The lady at the customer service proceeds to tell me it’s working bc someone put a $20. Well she pulled back the $20 bill and there was my $5 all scrunched up. She gave it back to me and I said thank you and she just locked up the machine and I said thank you to her a few more times as she was walking away. Everytime there is an issue with the lottery machine your employees that are in charge always act like it’s inconveniencing them to open it up and fix it. They are very rude especially when you’re being nice to them for helping. I could care less about the $5 but at least say you’re welcome.
