THANK YOU to person working in the seafood dept on 6/21. Promised my wife that we are having catfish for dinner but got stuck at work. Got to the seafood market when they were putting everything away. I did not see the catfish in the display so was thinking they were closed. The rep asked if I was looking for something and said Catfish. She took the time to get some of the pieces when they were closing, and received the amounts I was looking for. Thank you!

Every employee that works at the HEB is knowledgeable and friendly even if it's not their department they will go out of their way to help a customer find what they need

This is my go-to HEB. Their staff is friendly in every department, they always have a fantastic selection of brands, and everything is always fully stocked. Store is also always super clean.

This review is specific to the PRODUCE Department.
Found rotten oranges displayed to be sold to the public, this is very concerning from a Food Safety standpoint. I am going to remind the Manager in charge that you are selling FOOD and not nails or tires. The Health Department needs to be looking at the refrigeration conditions, adequate temperature or any other source that is causing this food store to sell rotten produce to customers. This is completely unacceptable.
Where are the produce inspectors ensuring that merchandise sold is acceptable and has passed inspection?
Daily audits?
Is anybody listening?

Heb is all about the customer. If they don't have it they will get it. Never disappoints. Always enjoy sample of what they are giving out. Good coupons. Associates always helpful and courteous.

If u like outdated can goods, mold in you bean dip, dog treats, and bread...check "EveryItem!" Even meat ...chicken, beef...has been coated with cover-ups... not great at all. HEB has caused medical issues because we trusted them more than Walmart products. Where can we be safe anymore?????

My favorite H-E-B store it's a very clean store and the pharmacist and also the workers there take the time to assist you I love the fact that they treat you like family ❤️
