The pharmacy manager is the worst person I have ever delt with in any store in my life. HEB should really feel ashamed that this person is dealing with the public. They send me notifications that my prescription is ready and when I show up to get it they don't have anything ready. Then I call and they blame my doctor. If it's my doctors fault then why would you notify me that it was being filled. Then when speaking to the pharmacy manager she tells me it's my doctors fault again and she will not explain it to me again but then says they can have it ready in 15 minutes. If it's my doctors fault how can you just fill it in 15 minutes. This has happened 3 times in a row.

The staff and pharmacists at this location display a remarkable lack of courtesy and are consistently condescending; absolutely terrible. The younger pharmacists display an incredibly negative attitude, he had such a rude and belittling demeanor! I do not recommend this location to service your family's medications and as for ours, we'll have to go back to Walgreens. So disappointed, fix it HEB.

Don’t take your RX’s here. My son has gotten Amoxicillin many times. They ask for flavor and we requested grape. They put bubble gum in it. And my son threw it up, cause he can’t ingest bubble gum flavor, he doesn’t like sweet medicine. When I called to tell them, they said that “bubble gum” is its normal flavor. How? When it’s normally white for us , but this time it’s bright pink!? And My son has never had an issue with this medicine before. They did NOT take accountability or offer help or correction, and said I had to call the doctor and get another prescription. And then spend MORE money on a prescription that they messed up!! . Terrible, terrible service. I will be moving all my family’s prescriptions from this pharmacy going forward. Such rude staff and Pharmacists here. Go elsewhere!!

Literally the rudest most unprofessional people you will meet and they will always hang up on you when they are done talking even if you had questions.

I can’t believe how incredibly condescending the pharmacy staff is. If this is the type of service that is acceptable at HEB, I will take my businesses elsewhere; pharmacy and grocery. How very unprofessional.

Only having one person working the drive thru that does not multitask is not very efficient for this company. We usually have to wait for a prescription 15-20 minutes. Patience is something that I've had and since dealing with this store, it's becoming non-existent.

I have been waiting in the pharmacy line for over 30 minutes. It has not moved once. I’m stuck in the line and cannot leave because I am blocked in by multiple cars and the lanes are down to only one. Going to start getting my prescriptions elsewhere.

Wow! The “manager” Sarah was unbelievably rude. Totally condescending towards me. She does not seem like she enjoys her job much. I won’t go into the details as at the end of the day they do not matter. All I can say for certain is that I will never be back to HEB. I have lived in Texas for two months now and this was the first negative experience I have had.

Ashley took so much time explaining a recall to me and giving me all the information I needed. I didn't need it or I would have been contacted but it was nice to be taken such good care of! Thank you ?

I guess Sarah " pharmacy manager " is still rude as ever after 4 years, nothing has changed. Heb must have a thing for rudeness cos she still has the same nasty, rude attitude! I would never recommend this pharmacy !!
