The store and especially the pharmacy are very helpful to me I became disabled two years ago and when I need medication for my wife they make it easy for my father to pick up or for me to pick up and also have home deliveries for medication for 8 dollars if you can't make it in since I have trouble walking and carrying heavy loads the whole operation at H.E.B works for me and the extra money for home deliveries for both medication and food is a small price to pay for the help thank you have a great day.

Pharmacy service needs improvement. Home delivery went from free to $7.95 ☹️ Another cost burden, especially for seniors.

Very good pharmacy. Used them for years . Wished they had a drive through but very customer friendly :) unfortunately I don’t use them anymore went to one closer to home. But they do their job great:)

Grocery shopping at 6-7 am is best time for my husband. He is unable to walk about and uses the grocery scooter instead of the grocery cart. There are very few people shopping at this time of the morning. I have just transferred my pharmacy needs here as well. I will update at a later date to give any stars to the HEB pharmacy and its app.

This used to be one of my favorite stores to shop for groceries because of the very friendly staff. I might’ve even added a nice review of this store back then. today management has changed and not for the better! unfortunately, anything positive I’ve said about this store, I take back. Everything!
Tonight. I took an Uber to get some grocery shopping done for the week as company is coming in tomorrow only to waste another Uber fare back home empty handed because I was denied shopping assistance. I understand the store might have been short staffed, but someone who is legally blind, should never, ever be denied shopping assistance rudely by a manager. that’s exactly what happened to me around 6:45 this evening when I approached the customer service counter for assistance. The manager’s name is Mariah and she even proudly boasted that her boss, Sandra, told her that no customer was allowed to get any assistance, no exceptions!
Yes, I have friends and family to help, but no, I do not strictly rely on help. I may need a little bit of assistance for some things, but I am just as independent as all of my sighted peers and I ought to be able to go into a store and do my shopping like everyone else when I please.
I have a friend who is also blind, and has run into the very same trouble at this store. She has filed multiple complaints with the corporate office in Austin and has been told that no one with a disability should ever be denied assistance, regardless of the staffing situation or how busy the store is. Now HEB HQ is going to receive another complaint of the staff at this store’s unwillingness to accommodate another customer. if you have a disability that requires you to get a little bit of extra assistance at the store, or know anyone who does, beware of this store, stay away!

They harass me with my licensed service dogs no matter how much I follow the rules. They change them depending who is there.
My dogs would never have an accident while on towels in the cart. But can get hurt by other people and their carts on the floor.
No other store gives me any issues!!
