I absolutely love this place. We have shopped at the other Goodwill bins store in Houston. The Houston location could take lessons from this store. Extremely pleasurable experience for my wife and I. This is our new "go to" for thrifting and resale. Great prices compared to the Houston location.

Friendly staff. Majority of clothing, bedding is torn and or stained! In the 5 hours I was there (I was waiting on a ride or I would have left hours earlier) the bins were only changed out a handful times.I'm use to the outlets in other cities. Here they charge you separately for tubs, shoes. They inventory all your stuff at check out. I honestly wouldn't go back as it is just a big junk pile. Not worth the time

Ok, so I like the store a lot for what it is. And what it is is a large warehouse floor filled with bins, full of items, usually it's mostly clothing with some housewares and shoes, occasionally large items/ furniture. The condition of stuff there is completely up to chance, and sometimes there is wet and moldy smelling stuff in large quantities. So if you are prepared to dig through that and completely open to what you might find, it's fun and cheap. If I'm actually trying to buy things I can wear myself, I usually find only a handful of items a day, but it's much cheaper than GW retail and the way the GW stores have gone in this town the items are pretty much in the same condition as they would be there anyway. If you are looking for amazing finds you would have to come very frequently and be very dedicated, but if you are looking just to look, because you need the cheapest clothes, or for a bit of reselling I think it's a great store.

This store is sold by the pound. Nothing is separated, everything is thrown in big blue bins and pushed onto the showroom floor. Hidden jems and great finds. A place to go just to experience the thrill of treasure hunting.

Very cool! Almost all items are sold by weight- I got 20 lbs of clothes, blankets, curtains etc for $30! I could have found more I’m sure if I kept looking

Had an issue with a couple lots I bought online. I spoke with Damian and he doggedly chased down a solution, I am very impressed. I will certainly support this Goodwill with more business!

The staff was not working. This is the only bin store I have been in and the next day the same thing is in the bins.I could not believe it. And I stayed over 2 hours waiting for the change and ONLY one was changed.Im from Houston and it's not like this at All.I would not recommend this store to anyone.

A great injustice was done today at the Goodwill clearance store. My friend was banned today for no good reason. She shopped there almost everyday for the last six months at least. She spent hundreds of dollars every week . People go in there and steal , set off alarms, threaten employees with no consequences. I have personally seen upper level employees bother women when they come into the store, no consequences. One particular women did not understand how this was allowed to happen and how they always knew when she was in the store. My answer to her was store cameras. I finally had to start standing next to her so she would not be approached. Almost every employee she complained to has been let go by Goodwill, but not the person bothering her. It seems to me that the corporate people do not know what is going on in the store. I see them occasionally tour the store but they are not accessible to the everyday customer. If a customer complains about another customer, there is no investigation. The complainer is automatically believed and the other customer does not get to tell their side of the story. Some kind of accountibilty needs to start for what is happening in the store.

First and foremost thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to read my review. Today on 12/19/2021 it was my first time in the store and I had a GREAT first time experience and will definitely be back. All 3 employees that I had an interaction with were kind, friendly, and provided excellent customer service; kuddos to you all. After going through everything I bought 21 of the items still had price tags from the previous goodwill store they were at totaling to $107.29. After an hour and half in the store being that there were 100 bins that were out( I counted lol) Including the 3 bulk items at 99 cents a piece and 33lbs worth of various items from clothes, robes, bedding, and blankets after tax my total came out to $56.44 which is about $1.02 for each item. Whenever you buy items that go by pound it's $1.49 a pound up to 50 lbs and 51 lbs and up will be 99 cents a lb. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends. Do keep an open mind that you will find something and wear comfortable shoes. I am one happy bargain shopper :)
