I was so grateful for Mariah’s kindness today. My granddaughter had to go to the restroom and we had just gone through the car wash. Mariah allowed her to use the office restroom, which is taking that extra step to make customers feel valued!

I mistakenly thought GO Car Wash was a quality business. Don't know if they recently changed owners or decided to follow all the other car wash companies, but if you AREN'T a member you get no respect. What's the point of spending $10 when your car still has soap and bird poop on it when you're done? I will not visit them anymore.

I tried to cancel my membership and couldnt. The manager said it was cancelled and my card wouldn't be charged but it was. I had to get a new card to prevent it from being charged in the future.

On last Friday 01-Jan-23 I got damage on my roof from this carwash. Don't wash Chevrolet or GMC here. This car wash breaks mirrors on new trucks or damages roof with the high speed fan driers!! My 2023 Chevy Colorado roof is damaged, I showed the manager and he opened a claim for this damage, the company manager then called me about it so I stoped by hoping they would take responsibility and she says the Chevy dealer has to take care of this damage because "they make the too weak" ??♂️

I went to the store to cancel my membership before the third month. The guy said no problem, go on through and I will take care of it. He did not take care of it, they charged me 39.99 and overdrafted my account. Called left a message and no response as of today.

I like GO over the duck mainly because of the brush and hose treatment before going into the actual car wash. Very happy with the ultimate package.

I called to verify that they accept cash. Was told YES. Got there ready to pay and was told they weren’t accepting cash and was told to go home and get my card and come back. Would’ve been nice to know before going out of my way. Quick Quack went above and beyond and even gave me a free car wash. They earned a customer for life!!

Great hours! The vacuums are powerful and teach all around the car. Drying towels available. Very convenient!

Went twice through the car wash. Bird poop and mosquitoes still didn’t wash off.The third time I asked the employee for help and he said I would have to pay again and denied me a refund even though he wasn’t a manager. Told me he can give me a towel and I could scrub it off myself.

I go by this particular GO often but I want to point out how hard these guys work. My car was really bad today and the guys took extra time scrubbing down my car before it went through the wash. I love the attention everyone at this wash has.
