Very amazing service Jay Morin helped me find the perfect mattress and bed that suited my needs. Jay was very informative and helpful, the manager was also a great help and made u feel like family. But overall every staff member introduced themselves while Jay helped me find my bed, and every single member there was like family and helped u feel comfortable and not feel pressured to make a sale. I will definitely recommend anyone I know with Jay Morin to get what they need to help get a better sleep and investment, also to go to nice environment to feel like home with a new bed or appliance needs.

Awesome furniture store. Salesman Andrew went out of his way to find a couch to the exact measurements I needed. After visiting several name brand stores, he was the only one that came through for me. Kept me informed of what he found and sent pictures. Everything was a great price. I also ordered my queen box spring and mattress from him.

Needed a recliner and called Furniture Outlet. Nick answered and was very pleasant and courteous. Nick text me a photo of recliner on the floor and info about recliner. We went to Furniture Outlet store to try out the recliner and it was a perfect fit. The store is super clean and well organized. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly, professional and appreciative of our business. We had an issue getting recliner home as it didn’t fit in SUV. But Nick and his manager worked it out and were able help us and got it delivered same day. Pablo and Joe delivered our recliner. Both Pablo and Joe were professional and kind. Got our recliner in and setup instantly. From the phone call start to finish delivery was excellent. I highly recommend Furniture outlet store epitome of a great furniture business. Will be shopping there again and recommending to friends. Thanks Nick and all the staff for delivering great customer service. 5 Stars

Andrew was the most helpful customer service person I’ve encountered. I hate pushy salespersons and I felt informed rather than pushed. He made my options make clearer sense to me and with wise practicality. Thankful to him and my college boy will be sleeping well.
