Frost is incredible !!! Best customer care in the banking business, second to none.
This past month I was overdrawn by about $50. This is not how I do business, however, I would have been stuck 1000 miles from home in Mississippi, but I called customer service explained what was going on and they just said it's okay! They were able to allow me to purchase airline tickets, eat and pay my phone bill all with an already OVERDRAWN ACCOUNT!!!! Who does that??? Frost does and I am grateful!!! Thank you FROST. You guy are the best......JAMES STEGALL

Very nice staff and courteous. I just don't understand why when you deposit a payroll check through drive thru it takes longer for the funds to be available than when going into the lobby. Still 5 stars.

This branch on leopard is the worse I have ever encountered..the staff is very unprofessional an uses this company to there discretion,, I would never recommend this branch to anyone ,,,,THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE POSITION OR CUSTOMERS ....AN WILL REPORT THEM TO FDIC !!! ALL COMPLAINTS OF THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE REPORTED ALONG WITH STAFF!!

they're really bad at their jobs and just slow like they have never been trained. I can't even remember the last time they were able to help me with something. Look for new staff please.
