“I order flowers from them every couple months, never had an issue until today. I love ordering from here because I look at the options in their website and I just call them to place the order over the phone and normally takes about 2 hours for them to deliver (I think it's very good).Today I ordered a $300 bouquet, and my wife got it within a couple of hours but when she send me the pictures, I noticed that it was not what I ordered.I called the flower shop a very helpful lady answered, she had me send the pictures of what my wife received, when she noticed there was an issue about, she immediately apologized, and ask if she could send they the right arrangement the next day (because it was late). I told her yes, later on she sent me pictures of the arrangement and it was just as I ordered.The made a mistake but fixed it the best way possible.I will definitely keep ordering from them.”
