REAL REVIEWFRED PADRON is the guy to deal with. He makes going to the pawnshop worth it. My first visit, He gave me an amazing STUPID deal on a tool i STILL USE. He made me wanna go just to check out the store again. 10/10 would recommend anyone to check this place out first. May have what you need, may not but you can ALWAYS COUNT on Fred Padron being there FOR YOU. Just be sure to put protection plans on anything in general when unsure about things. This place has changed since the last reviews and i believe this place has got GREAT potential due to the ATTITUDE, CHARISMA, CONSIDERATION, AND KINDNESS on old freds (frankie) shoulder. It made me wanna look for the place and not give up when i decided to go back.Just goes to show that trully giving your all goes a LONG way, even if you dont buy anything. Cause you'll make someone wanna come back just because of who you are. 10/10 . #promoteFREDPADRON

Do not put anything on layaway here. I did a layaway & changed my mind half way through it. They wanted to only give me in store credit. I asked to see where it’s posted or to give me something to see where that is their policy & they said it’s on my original contract which I no longer have copy of. I don’t believe all pawn shops do this! Just be aware you have to be 100% sure or no refunds here!

I bought a Xbox series S for 250. I came back an hour later because the whole thing was fried, it was overheating, and wouldn’t couldn’t connect to wifi. I take it back and the guy refunds me and puts it right back on the shelf . Don’t buy Xbox’s off these people there probably fried

The employees at this location make the store! Cindy is a great manager for the store! The rest of the staff are friendly and always helpful. Adriana and Vanessa are the best when I have questions on jewelry. They treat me like a friend and let me know if a piece doesn't really fit my style. Fred, John and Luis are also amazingly helpful. No one at this store pressures you when you are shopping or tries to short change you on items you are pawning or selling. Though I live closer to other First Cash Pawn locations, I always choose this location because of the staff.

First time in they were insulting on the money. Any other shop gave me twice as much. I walked out .2nd time I went (because it was the closest ) I told them I usually deal with cash America and gave me double the amount. He locked it up and matched Cash America's price. I will definitely go there again. They went out of there way to make a good deal.. awesome job.

I have been a customer for several years here and always have had nothing but great things to say about this staff! They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. John, the Asst Manager is at the top of his game! Cindy the store Manager runs a great crew! To the rest of the staff, Adrianna, Fred, Marcus, Logan, and Valarie.... Keep up the great work!
