Went into store got clothing on the for sale sign and end up being full price. They tell me the color that is on sale and then I pick that color and then they say it’s full price again. Then tells me that they haven’t been over there to actually see what’s for sale.

My husband, furbaby and I were on vacation and decided to check out the mall. So glad we did because he found the Jordan's he was looking for in both colors. The selection is never ending which is a huge plus.

here is the thing. i hate leaving bad reviews. i went to the store and i walked in and there were two male employees there and i waited for them to notice i was waiting for them. eventually i got tired and asked if they could help me. i waited for like 12 minutes for them to bring me my shoe that someone was getting for them. i asked to try on another pair of shoes and the guy tossed them next to me. they were really rude too and there were people needing to be helped that weren’t and there were employees preferring to chat with each other. it really upset me that he tossed the shoe like he could have just set it down next to me. i’ve been in JD a few times and every time i get a rude employee. never going back.

Waited on 2 pairs of shoes. 20 minutes later...nothing! The young man who was supposed to be the one "helping us," ended up at the door as they locked up for the evening. Terrible service!

Staff seemed overwhelmed, but they were trying their best. They didn't have the sizes we needed. So maybe they should prepare better for next year. Would give them another try later when not so busy and see if they can meet our needs.

Purchased the Jordan 13 Retro Del Sol today! The staff was helpful and courteous! Many options to choose from. Looking forward to my next Jordan purchase, going to JDs first!!
