Cole was very friendly and informative on how the process works. The gentleman in the warehouse Helped me unload my truck. Each time I came to deliver a load of boxes. They made it very easy to do business with them. I highly recommend their services, and we will use them again in the future.

Very nice and efficient service. Had to quickly find another shredding place because the place I received a quote and made an appointment had no one to unload the heavy bags after I confirmed my appoint 30 minutes before arriving. I found File Pro and they were happy to help me! I had several bags to be shredded and the men who unloaded were very helpful and nice! The front office answered all my questions! Highly recommend!

We travelled from the DFW area to Corpus Christy to clean out a storage unit. We were in desperate need of a place to shred several boxes of old records and found File Pro while searching online. I didn't I have a big job. that didn't seem to matter they were very professional with my little job. I had several boxes of documents that needed to be shredded. I had help loading them in the car and then drove over there. I stopped in the parking lot called in and told him I was handicapped and requested help. They had me drive into the bay and they unloaded it. I was able to watch them shred the papers everything was very professionally done and I highly recommend this organization.
