They are always courteous, help me with my Amazon returns (I can never figure it out) and charge a minimum. The service is well worth it They even box the returns up for me.

I came in to ship a gift for Christmas and my box was over the size and was going to cost me $80 to ship the owner took the trouble to find a smaller box and saved me $60. You don't find this level of service very often
