Second delivery this week that the driver doesn’t even attempt to enter my apartment complex or delivery my package to the package concierge .. They used the excuse it was a new driver and now the second time this week I will have to go pick up my package here on Bear Lane cause the drivers is too lazy to get down .. We pay for a service and they hire drivers that refuse to deliver , waited both days at home for the package and no attempt even verified on my ring cameras .

My package was supposed to be delivered today between 10 and 12, then got updated to from 1 to 5. My business was open and have a sign on the door that says deliveries here, new thing I know is the delivery was attempted. There’s no way this driver attempted to deliver a very important package I need for my business, all was needed was to open a door. LAZY DRIVER, now it’s going to cost my time and money to go get my package.

Trash place, i see there drivers throwing boxes at doors, and dont reply saying who and what license plate thats not my job, yall figure it out cause its daily i see this.

Scheduled delivery of important package for today btwn 9am-1pm.. literally waiting by the door, text message received at 11:45am saying "delivery attempted".. no knock on my door (signature required). so im supposed to wait for my delivery all day tomorrow from a driver that won't get off their vehicle to look for my apt.. or drive across town to pick it up bc I cannot pick it up from a different drop off ? i hate using FedEx thia kind of stuff always happens.

I watched as Eva helped a lady infront of me, she was very polite and very helpful to her. I was next and she was as well really kind and helpful with all the questions i had. Excellent employee.

Not happy about being misled by representative on labor day hours when coordinating a medical lab shipment. Told it would be open. After providing lab sample, going to location it was closed thus delaying critical lab shipment a day. Outside drop box actually had holiday schedule how did a representative not know holiday schedule a week in advance?

This is the second time I have had problems with a shipment with FedEx and you know it because the truth is I will not use them again that is why I do not recommend them
