Helpful as I needed to print an overnight FedEx label and my printer just ran out of ink. The associate was not seemingly happy to be there. I found a discover card and turned it in but she just put it on the counter where anyone could get it.

Just left inside the front door is a bin to drop off packages. Just make sure you have the shipping label on it. Real convenient since you don't have to wait in line or talk to anyone. Instructions on correct shipping label needed are displayed above the bin.
