One of The worst experiences i've ever had when I purchased a Vehicle And I have bought numerous cars in my life time.
A few days after driving the car off the lot, the a ir condition went out. I took it back and they agreed to fix the broken air conditioner. It took two weeks to get the vehicle back. I thought it would have been fixed correctly but Unfortunately Three months later the AC went out again.. I took it back to Hicks , To see if they could Run a diagnostic test. Of course they were not gonna do it for free now. They charged me a hundred and Seventy five dollars just to Tell me it was going To cost over two grand to fix it right. I feel IF had they fixed it correctlyThe first time we would not have this problem. Now of course it's on me to fix it. This is not right After you buy a twenty thousand dollar vehicle And it breaks right away. Not at all pleased with HICKs NISSAN AND MR SERNA.
Mr. Serena is ready to sell a car. But when something is wrong with it, you cannot find that man or he won't help you..
