When you guys first opened up it was a awesome place now they have different managers an employee's it doesn't feel the same anymore since the last manager the last manager went way out of her way to help people now the new manager is never around you have to wait a long time to check out your things because there's no people there to check you out and the people that do check you out very disrespectful there are some employees that were there when it first opened up that are very good but the new ones coming in very ugly very rude because I'm there every day they look at me funny I feel very uncomfortable before it was in this way for one I'm there everyday because my doctor at the VA asked me to walk so when things are by there the employees are like why are you buying beer everyday it's really none of their business I'm a disabled veteran that's what I choose to do for them to question you is very wrong I know once I read this review they're going to know who send it because I'm there every day I used to enjoy it with the first manager but not anymore I think I'm going back to family Dollar until my family members to do the same and Friends

So rude. Cashier on her personal cell phone while checking out customers. I did a cash back and she was mad at me because her hand written sign that said no cash back was folded in half and the other sign was facing the other way. Rude! Rude! Rude! Not my fault her signs were not displayed properly, Not my fault they didn't have the right amount of money in their register. Never have had an employee this rude at this store.

I didn't ask her name, but the lady who answered my question on DG return policy was super nice and kind. Went to the DG on Ayers, had a $3 return (with reciept & tags, within 30 days of purchase) to apply to a new $20 purchase and the rude lady at checkout denied my return "because it's already January". I hope this store on Navigation recognizes the kind lady. Thank you again.

Jerry who was at the register tonight has HORRIBLE customer service skills. He also claimed to be the manager when I called to complain about him, he has a very distinctive way of speaking so I know it was him. I usually enjoy going to this dollar general and I honestly can't say that I will be back as long as he works there. I will go to H-E-B instead where I have never been treated as horrific as Jerry treated me and my daughter.
