Called ahead to get scheduled in. Was told I'm in line. Waited over 2 hours to be taken care of. Friendly staff just overwhelmed with work. Don't look for in and out here.

Service here was outstanding! Rafael helped me out from the get go! He answered my call to the store with such a positive attitude, even providing me directions without me prompting him to. Upon arriving he also greeted me and was extremely hospitable through the entire experience, and offered very honest advice on the most advantageous decision to make for the longevity of my vehicle. The team even finished servicing my vehicle 45 mins earlier than estimated! My experience with this location has been great, many many props to Rafael and his team, and I definitely recommend this location for anyone!

Great service! I needed new tires badly. My fiance and I bought them online and scheduled our appointment for the following week. By then, the tires were on sale. They applied the discount for us, and because we decided to keep two of the tires they took a bit more off the price. They were nice enough to put a protector down in the trunk of my jeep to not damage the carpet back there. We arrived almost an hour early and they were able to squeeze us in. The guys at the counter we kind and professional.

I literally drive an hour out of my way to get this store! Jason and his crew are flat out the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! I have a crap load of tires on the road, and this is my absolute go to for tires!! I can't say enough good things about this manager and his crew! They absolutely know how to handle business in a timely and friendly manner. I would highly recommend if anyone reading this post lives within an hour to an hour and a half of this store, you should go here for life!! you won't regret it!! To you folks behind the discount badge, give this manager and his crew a RAISE!!!! If anyone deserves it, it's them! not the folks behind the desk that make it all happen. The relationships built along the way of buying tires and dealing with folks day in and day out doesn't get any better than this store! if you don't believe me, I just posted about a store in SA. They SUCKED!!!! And the sad part is, it's right by the base. I feel sorry for all our people at the base that has to deal with those people at that store!!!! As for you jason, if you actually get to read this, THANK YOU so much for all that you do for my family and I!!!! We really appreciate it!

Amazing service! Went in as a walk in at 5:30pm for bolt in my tire. Had purchased our tires there a few months back and had road hazard. They fixed my tire and I walked out in 50 minutes! Very professional, courteous, and friendly! Kudos for efficient workers in our world today! Good people. Definitely recommend this location.
