I ordered 2 tires for our Honda pilot, a gentleman of name Diego took care of rotation n installation. I asked them to replace TPMS sensors with a new set I got from eBay. Diego told me 1 of the new sensor was not working, so he took the time to check the old sensors and reused 1 that was working properly. Diego went far beyond from what I expected. I Totally recommend this place.

Was in desperate need of new tires. Easily made an appt online. I ended up checking in an entire hour early and Seth took great care of me. He set me up with new tires and a windshield wiper. Fast service, friendly staff and great location all around. Thanks!

My granddaughter had two tires that were beyond needing replacement.When I called and spoke with Diego,it was already pushing 5:00. He said “bring it on in and we’ll take care of it. When I pulled into the parking lot, I couldn’t believe how busy they were. Every stall was occupied,every parking space was filled and there was a line of cars being tended to. I thought “there ain’t no way I’m getting tires today”. Well,just like he promised, I got new tires and it was all done in a timely manner…UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Discount Tire is a great place to buy tires. Randy took care of things for me and they honor the warranty on their tires, unlike Firestone. Would definitely recommend Discount Tire to anyone. Go by and see Randy and Jeff. They will take care of all your tire needs.

Great customer service.
I unfortunately had further problems with my car when they removed my tire to change a flat. Jason the manager was helpful every step of the way to get me taken care of and truck towed away.

The guys at the SPID location are great. Diego is a leader in customer service. I ordered a set of tires and wheels from them and even when the original tires were too wide for my liking they got them swapped out in 2 days without any hassle. They go the extra mile and are enjoyable to deal with. I’ve had tires from Discount Tire for many years and they have always honored their agreements to repair the tires when I get a flat. This is the only outfit I will do tire business with.

I go to this place often, they check my tires, for free. They update me on status and quality. Friendly guys, always in good moods. Nice customer service. Cold bottles of water available.

They have enough reviews so this really won't make any difference. But I'm going to say it anyway. I have never seen anybody check tire tread depth five to eight times on each tire, that required them going around the vehicle twice. I guess the reason for that was it gave them enough time to build up courage to take me into the showroom, stand me in front of a diagnostic chart, and tell me that I only had 2/32 of tire tread remaining. And they would not repair my flat tire. But they have plenty of new ones.

Every time I go here, I am surprised by how professional and courteous and kind the workers are here. Would highly recommend.
Plus the music they play in the lobby is clean Christian music, so an added plus.
This store is very well managed.
