Took forever to get shoe sizes, then the system was down when we went to check out. Very inconvenient. We were told we could walk around 30 minutes to 2 hours for it to come back up.

Had the best customer service experience while walking around today looking in all areas of the store. I was offered assistance throughout the whole store from multiple employees. This made for my visit to Dick’s sporting good today tremendously awesome.
