“I was on a mission to find a padded bench and I found the perfect one at our local Marshall's. My husband was unable to help me load it into my vehicle. One of the sales associates, Brenda, gladly offered to help me load it into my vehicle even though it was excessively hot outside. My cashier was very friendly as well. I can't remember his name though.”
“Dillard’s is by far the best store at La Palmera Mall. Men’s department always well staffed and attention to the customer. Women and children’s department seem busy and well stocked w seasonal attire. The home furnishings such as beds, living rooms etc is adequate. Not sure who shops there but at least they are available to shoppers. The cosmetics and shoe department for both men and women seem to be the biggest draws to this store, in my opinion. Men’s fragrance is the best in town. Hope this helps. Happy shopping.”

“I used to shop at this Target back in the day when I lived in Corpus Christi from 2007-2016 and thank goodness they had a motorized cart for me to get around the store as I have sciatica and plantar fasciitis. The store was well stocked and very clean. Plus it was a few miles from the Motel 6 on SPID near Paul Jones Avenue. I was so happy they had travel sized Tide, Dove shampoo and conditioner (Men+Care), Electric Shave (pre shave) and Wet zones hand wipes.”

“Fun place! Great variety of items, absolutely adore the pet section, I only buy cat trees from here now :) once got in a super long line (like out PAST the jewelry counter) and was dreading a long wait, but the cashiers were champs! They blew through that line in no time! I was genuinely shocked, thought I would be there for an hour or so waiting. They did great.”
“I usually have a very good response from Pharmacy Team, at Flour Bluff but today their internal volume was turned down and after 30 minutes waiting chose to go inside to pick up prescription. Don't know if can be effected outside.”
“This HEB is under construction is the only reason I give a 4 star. Other than that HEB always has the things I need. I needed dry ice for my ice chest and they had plenty”
“The only reason I’m not giving it a five star review is because of the extreme length of time it takes to get through the line at the cash registers. They never have enough cashiers, although they have several registers that are not manned.”

“Very interesting place it has name brand goods of all kinds from clothes,jewelry, purses and luggage. Very organized considering how many different things they carry . Now because of the decent prices and selection there is alot of people and long lines at the cashier. Worth checking out for sure”
“We were able to find a few pieces for my daughter-in-law. She needed some things to wear for an interview. The prices were good and the availability was adequate.”
“This gas station usually has some of the cheapest gas prices in town, consistently. Staff is always friendly, and I can't recall a time where I had to wait in a line to pay, if any line, more than 60 seconds. They offer the fuel cleaning additive, makes it so convenient to just do at the pump and mixes with the gas like it should. You don't have to buy fuel injector cleaner, put it in after you use up most of your gas, and fill up your car to mix it, just push a button, start the gas and presto! Plus I love that they offer the HEB brand, cold 20 oz bottles, of coke. They are only something like $1.28 or something like that, and while it's always cheaper to get a 12 packs or case in most instances, it's a lot better than paying $2.50 to $3.50 for a name brand. Thank you HEB!!!!!!”
“Customer service is good. Bathrooms are way too far away way up on the third floor no bueno. Janitorial staff could do a little bit better in the cleanup. Too Dusty and the entrances the glass doors are dirty. The carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months too many stains on carpets in the backstage area when I go to JCPenney I see the janitorial staff cleaning wiping down the entire door but I saw a janitorial in Macy's and she was just sweeping corners by the doors. A nice department store like that needs to be maintained more properly”
“This is one of my favorite clothing stores!! Full of so many options and at decent prices! They have clothes/shoes for men, women and children. They also have accessories and even house decor items and some toys. I love this place!”
“Vision center, they very helpful and answered all my questions, that was my first time getting lenses & they were very helpful and explained everything to me, Aliyah was very helpful & took care of my glasses, I took in my own glasses to get my prescribed lenses put in and they came out great!”

“Hello to all of you Walmart shoppers who have had good and bad experiences at our friendly Neighborhood Walmart's. I'll start out by saying I bought an Acer Computer from Walmart about 3 months ago and nothing to do with Walmart. It was just a bad computer. It happens. I found out it wouldn't work due to issues with the Internet card. After doing a few computer steps, the manufacturer walked me through. No problem, right ? Wrong ! The steps didn't work. Walmart had to follow their procedure, which I completely understood. So they had me send it back to the manufacturer, which I did due to it being 3 months later. The manufacturer sent it back to me 1 week later, and I was excited, saying it was all repaired. I plugged it in and turned it on, and it was all in Spanish. I called the manufacturer once again now beyond upset. The problem is I can speak limited Spanish but can't read it in the slightest. So I called the manufacturer once again and again talked to me as if I should read and understand Spanish as he was talking down to me as if im the problem. They didn't do anything to help me, but tell me they'll have to escalate it to the next level since he couldn't walk me through the process. That means I'd have to wait until Monday when they are open during normal business hours. I've been dealing with this piece of junk for 3 months now, and I'm over it. So I took my computer back into my local Walmart on Saratoga in Corpus Christi. The first person I had seen looked like a store manager, so I walked up to her, and she was this very professional and sweet person named Autumn. After not even a minute I had explained what I've been going through and dealing with, and instead of her turning away and saying sorry there's nothing she could do, like I've already experienced the week before. She said, "Come with me, and she took me over to the return desk." She immediately said Sir I will help you. " She definitely knows how to deal with people and has this very kind and calm disposition. She handled me like I've known her for years and like a family member. We took the computer back to her top Computer Tech / Associate named Max. Max is this very humble and extremely knowledgeable computer tech, willing to do everything Autum had asked of him. He tried his very best for an hour or so to repair the computer. Nothing worked. Autumn gave me a full refund and was very apologetic and even asked me if I'd like to know which store carries this same computer. I said yes, and she gave me the address. I couldn't be happier this ordeal is over. I am a loyal Walmart customer and will continue to be thank you, Autumn and Max, for giving me your very best and making a customer happy.”

The lady that was working in the shoe department name was Yvette. My daughter's wanted purses. One was tied up. She unlocked it so we can see inside the purse. She talked to my 3 and 5 yr old daughters and was so nice to them and me. She took the purse to the registered to hold it for us while we still shopped. Easy fast check out .”
“This is my favorite Family Dollar in town. It's always clean, doesn't stink, isn't trash on the floor, they always greet you & are always helpful. There are never disheveled shelves or just stuff in random places or thrown about, BECAUSE the staff stay busy & I'm sure there are customers who make plenty of mess. There are carts there in isles a lot for stocking, but it's always out of the way as much as possible. Some family dollar stores are AWFUL! GOOD JOB YA'LL”
“Walmart in Corpus Christi is a convenient and well-kept location, perfect for travelers! The store was easy to find, not far from the main highway, making it a breeze to stop in for essentials while on the road. The floors were clean, and the racks were neatly organized, making for a hassle-free shopping experience. It wasn’t busy when we visited, so we were able to get in and out quickly.
Although I shop at Wal-Marts, this one had a fun gigantic map right out front that was easily noticeable. That was something unique ??
I highly recommend this location for anyone passing through! ??”

“I was shopping at the La Palmera location- I had brought five items up to an associate (Jeannie?) who was working at the AYS counter - she asked smiling if I needed some assistance, I remarked that I thought these two blouses where on sale on-line - that's why I came to your store.. her reply was ' we honor Macy's on- line prices'!! Although, it took some time out of day , she was kind enough to look the items up and I bought all my items because of her going out of her way to look them up .. I was so happy with my purchase, and while she was ringing me up she was engaging and told me about a shoe save that was going on as well.. Thank you .. Macy's Staff! Although , COVID is going on and has made things change , I was just really happy that one on one customer service still occurs at this store and it's why I will continue to shop here!!! Five hundred stars!!!”
