After installation of laminate floring on April 2022 by DCM the laminate started buckling and many spots felt hollow when walking on it. Norma came the check it and dismissed it as normal for a floating floor. We kept complaining and then she filed a claim to the flooring mfg. An inspector came to inspect the work. Norma said that the material was faulty. My husband and I went to pick a different floor which costs us an additional $1,000. By this time it came to $$5,392.68. DCM employees tore up the existing floor to install the new one. We were never informed that the floor wasn't level. After a year, April 2023, of going back and forth the new floor was installed. Some fast drying paste was applied to some areas of the floor. The floor needs to be completely level, but isn't. We have the same problem with the existing floor. Norma came to look at it and kept insisting that it is normal for a floating floor. She refused to do anything about it. At first she told us that she would file a claim on our behalf and then refused. She gave us the number for a floor inspector if we wanted the inspection. That would have been another $450.00. We didn't have the inspection. Why write the review now? We have given the floor time to settle but it but hasn't. We didn't call Norma back because she made it very clear that she wasn't going to do anymore. Her last words as she walked out the door were," if youre not satisfied with my decision, sue me."

This place is an absolute joke. John at the store is NOT honest and upfront about the products they sell.After the product is purchased and picked up John discloses that there is a $100 shipping fee if more product is needed, this is whether you order 1 box or 100. The packaging of the vinyl plank flooring is so flimsy and cheap. Product very easily gets damaged and the sales rep for BELTWAY does NOT stand behind his product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! It is a total disappointment but there are plenty of flooring stores in Corpus Christi to shop from.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Cilinda was fantastic at helping pick the perfect paint color and carpet for all of our bedrooms. Installation was very professionally done and we are very pleased!

This place has the best selection of tile and flooring in Corpus Christi and the prices are very reasonable. They have been great at accommodating for my construction schedule and even sent installers on short notice to get the floors done before Christmas. Thanks Norma! You're the best!

Great customer service. Had a larger variety of flooring than other flooring stores, at least for type of flooring we were looking for. Prices comparable with others in area. All in all, would return for flooring there. They also had a good variety of tiles but didn't look too closely as I wasn't there for that but will certainly check it out if ever need it.

DCM Floors to Go installed new carpet in our bedrooms and did a great job. Norma and Hector were very helpful and responsive to questions. Chris installed the carpet and he is very experienced and professional. Prices are very reasonable.

Horrible customer service. I had to follow up on a request for a quote that I had requested a month prior but had not received any call back to schedule. I went in to the store and they didn't have me in the system which means the first person I had worked with never even scheduled someone to take measurements. I told a store clerk I wasn't happy they dropped the ball and that I have been waiting for them to contact me. They really didn't care and never apologized. They did say they could schedule time to take measurements that day, which I agreed to but told them I was going to be shopping around due to the errors they have already made and to call me when they were on the way. She responded "If you are that unhappy with us then don't waste my time." Really.... Don't ever talk to a customer like that. You wasted a month of my time. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! BUYER BEWARE. They do not care about you or the service they provide.

DCM is a great place to go for all your flooring and counter top surfaces. They have a great selection and are very knowledgeable. Our salesperson, Connie, was even able to help us get what no one else could and in a very short time. I highly recommend them.
