The guy who helped me at the store was very helpful. However when I first walked into the store there was no one at the front and I had to wait maybe 2 minutes before someone showed up. But overall the service was ok.

I have always had one problem other another with this particular pharmacy. Whether it was constant messages about how my medications were ready to different surveys. But today, they crossed a line, I went to go pick up my prescription and the pharmacist said they was no medication ready for me, even though they sent a message saying it was ready.
I waited over 30 minutes with one car in front of me only to proceed to pay $25 for said prescription even though my insurance covers it entirely. The pharmacist proceeded to put my cash change on today of the medication in the bag loosely, keep in mind it is a windy day. My cash flew out of the bag the second that tiny window opened. The pharmacist smirked at my brother who was driving when she realized what happened. In conclusion, do better cvs. I just want my damn prescriptions filled
Also one of the doctors at the minute clinic refused to see my mom despite her appointment because she “couldn’t speak Spanish” even though she was fluent in Spanish.

The CVS itself is fine, but the Minute Clinic inside is awful. The hours posted online are a lie, as are the hours posted in store, and even if you have an appointment and are the first of the day, be prepared to wait ten minutes while the person in the clinic fiddles around on her computer and ignores you.

I’m visiting here and needed some Tide to go and some feminine products and they had everything I needed. The employee noticed me looking around and didn’t ask if I needed assistance; however, when I did ask for help, he helped lead me to the Tide to go pens.

This pharmacy is the best I’ve ever been to! He remembers you, gets your meds correct the first time, you’re in, out, and on your way! He saved me money too! Extremely helpful and I can’t say how rare I think this is. He knows people by name in his line, just excellent customer service! Thank you pharmacist Aaron.

My favorite CVS this is my location this is where I go I love this stuff and the pharmacist They are the best and really have compassion and take the time To explain things to you and also help You save on your medications. 5 stars for CVS at 4166 South staples

The staff at this CVS was nice and all- But however, if you come to take a drive thru COVID-19 test, be prepared to sit there for twenty minutes. Came a little early for my drive-up COVID-19 lab test, and waited there for a while for the staff to get it. There were two cars behind me that probably said "screw it" and just pulled out. Their lock box that the tests are supposed to be inside, was wide open. So that's another star banged off. Will give it to this CVS, though, they're the closest CVS to the Southside of Corpus Christi to offer the molecular lab test for COVID-19.

This review is for CVS company, photo services and SUPER cute Christmas items they sell.First off, one of the CLEANEST stores by far, in Corpus area. Not a fan of having to look for an employee to retrieve my photos but it gave me a chance to look over Christmas stuff.Female manager (Older, Spanish lady) was NOT helpful when my photo order got screwed by. I fixed my situation and got my photos on my own.Tried searching app to locate some Christmas items. No help....had to go to the store. The item was in stock and I got to use my 40% coupon!!! Yippie!!!Came outside to witness a company vehicle parked in the handicap parking with NO plaque or plates indicating the driver of the van needed assistance.SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely horrible staff. My husband purchased an item at another CVS out of town, the self service cash register did not give him a receipt and the worker refused to reprint one for him saying she was unable to. He came home from being out of town to return his item and this store absolutely refused. They refused to even offer store credit of any sort. They would not allow us to return it at all. I've worked retail all of my life and have NEVER seen anyone offer such a policy as to refuse a return. They were so absolutely rude and unhelpful. I don't recommend CVS at all as this all started with another location but I really don't recommend this location as they are clueless as to what customer service is.

The woman who works here at night older with dark hair and glasses is very rude and hovered the whole time over us and was very rude. I would never go back for this reason.Asked questions about the pharmacy and she was extremely rude and then asked her to check out and she rudely pointed to the self check . She obviously doesn't like her job.

Used photo center twice now with online printing. Both times they "lost my order". They said they can't do anything. Whenever I place my orders at other CVS locations, they always get it. This one is closer to work so is convenient, but I would rather drive to a different pharmacy/location to get the order right in the first place.
