We have used Sandra for many, many years. She cut our hair back in the day, as well as our kids hair. We are back in the area after living away and still using Sandra. She does great haircuts. The vibe of the salon is pretty chill. Particularly since they relocated away from 5 points. If you want to see a particular person, I recommend making an appointment. They do take walk ins.

Norma has done my hair twice (two different styles) and nailed it both times! I felt comfortable the whole time she worked on my hair and it felt like I was talking to an old friend :) She loves what she does and she is definitely the person to trust w/ your hair when you wanna take any risks or make any big changes to your hair!

Unfortunately my hair was wet when I left so I didn't get to see how badly it was messed up until I got home and was able to dry it. The owner is NO help and only tried to justify reasoning on why my hair ended up like this. That the only one that could fix it was the one who did it or else I would get charged for another hair cut and she was busy and couldn't fix it either. I was NOT looking for a refund just simply to have it fixed by someone else because I did not want to same lady to mess it up even more. NEVER AGAIN will I go there!!

Highlights were uneven and not correct shade. Employees was over booked and talked to much about personal issues and didn't get my hair done.

Excellent experience with Cuts Etc. Friendly staff and Miss Gracie knows how to cut curly hair so I received a great haircut. Also, pricing is fair and reasonable.
