SCAM, FRAUD, THEFT- Cricket Wireless on Upriver rd. & Leopard St. In Corpus Christi, Tx., and the Cricket Wireless on Violet rd. & Leopard St. stole $570.96 from me. Both locations are managed by the same person. Here is the SCAM they pull: they run your debt card then promptly tell you that the debt card did not go thru, but the money is taken out. This forces you to pay with cash. They keep the money they stole from your debt because Cricket Wireless had a policy not to investigate sales made at stores. Cricket Wireless will not return money's stolen from customers by their employees or sales representatives. Cricket Wireless is corrupt

I came in today cause my phone's kept saying it had no data instead of the lady checking my account she rushed me out the door told me to call 611. I wait for 40mins talking to 611 turns out there wasn't a issue with my sim card. When I went inside to tell her she started to get loud with me I truly believe she was on drugs because her eye's were huge and she was being crazy rude. Her name is Jackie I truly hope someone from management reads this post because how she reacted was so ugly.

Visited my local store seeking answers and help with the number of spam calls worker told me she couldn't help me her phone was a t and t same worker different time when in to register my new debit card to continue my automatic monthly payments she did not register my card my phone was disconnected on a weekend when I was 2 hours from home

I recently went in to buy a new phone at this location, and was helped by Ms. Bella. She was very helpful, and had an amazing personality. Knowledgeable, and funny, and very patient with the older gentleman a head of me. I would definitely go back to this store for future purchases.
