All in all the store seems clean but employees are not so great. My particular experience was w/ Esmerelda. That day when i went in to get 2 new lines of service knowing exactly what i wanted and brought over my own devices it was an unpleasant experience. She was very uninterested in doing her job, constantly looking at her phone not trying to make conversation with her customers. Not just was she uninterested in actually providing a good experience she crossed the line in CPNI. You are not supposed to set a password or username for a customer because that piece of paper could get into someone's hands its not supposed to. She didn't just create a My cricket account for me she created an HBO account WITH THE WRONG INFORMATION!!! After several different phone calls numerous times of fixing HER MISTAKES!! -10/10 would never recommend her as you wireless rep. As a person who has been in the wireless business for over a decade i could have saved myself the headaches and done it myself. Management at this location, i recommend retraining your employees because you never know who could walk in to get assistance and end up with a really bad experience.

Priscilla has been extremely helpful to my elderly mother! She is patient and ensures everything is taken care of. My mother refused to go to any other Cricket store and now I know why! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Priscilla Palacios is the BEST. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. She did more for me than the 1800 customer service people did. she saved me from loosing a lot of money!!!!! I don't know what I would have done without her help!!!! THANK YOU PRISCILLA♥️

Not very often do you go into a place of business and have things work out the way you want it to or hope it will and then you meet somebody like Priscilla who leaves you feeling glad to have come in on that day. We were able to get the plan we were told about, a new phone,2 others switched over,accessories, and a bonus of HBO max and she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with enjoyed talking to her I actually left the store with a smile on my face today. We were all 3 very satisfied today. ?
