I highly recommend coming to this location. This is one of the few locations that won't try to up-sale you with unnecessary devices. Tell them exactly what you're looking for, and they're more than happy to help you get it. Ask for Lydia, amazing customer service and very knowledgeable.

This is place is nothing but someone behind the counter trying to rob you point blank management took money from me and couldn't get the plan I needed then informed me that he couldn't refund my money and I would have to contact phone company he gave me a receipt so the next I called and was told I wouldn't get my money refunded AND EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW WHY SOME OF THE THINGS HAPPENED BECAUSE MY MONEY WAS TAKEN (PART TWO) now it's the start of another day and I have someone from Cricket texting me about this matter at this point no one really cares this guy wouldn't have done this type thing if he didn't feel he could get away with it and when called these dumb people said I should go back to the same store what's are the possibilities that things could get out of hands between me and guy working (possibilities are very good)

It's hardly busy but when it is, they usually have 1 handling the customer and others have to wait to pay their bill. Sometimes it's a long wait.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I can. The staffs are extremely rude, specifically the fat lady name brook. I asked for assistance but she blanetly ignored me and was FaceTiming his hubby. Never coming to this place again! Dont come to this place !! Terrible!

Omg! I've been trying for exactly 1yr from this month to get into the program to lower your phone bill. I tried in Aransas Pass, Portland Tx. Neither one knew how to help me. Gloria on the Horn rd store helped me unless than 20 min. She is so professional! You need to send her to othrr stores to train people because they are not trained at all. Seriously, 1yr with these people and nothing. 20 min with Gloria and done. Thank you Gloria you were awesome!
