My recommendation is do not go to this store if you want your money. I went to make a payment. They took my money and acknowledged that they took my money But they never posted it to cricket company And will not do anything to help. So they stole my money. Do not trust them

Bought a brand new phone came from the back already opened no charger or plug were in the box. They gave me another charger and plug. Phone charges slow because it's the wrong plug or charger. Check to make sure you are buyer a closed box phone never opened.
