If you are looking to be stolen from and threatened you have found the right place. I went in on Monday to buy a lottery ticket and I asked, very clearly, that I wanted one set of numbers for the powerball and megamillions for the next several draws. You can but 15 draws for the powerball and 10 draws for the megamillions. I clarified, specifically, that it was one set of numbers. When the cashier (who apparently is the assistant manager) handed me a ticket for 7 sets of numbers for only one specific day I got her attention immediately and told her that this was wrong. She immediately started arguing with me and insisted this was what I asked for and refused to listen when I tried explaining how I stated what I wanted multiple times. She all but through my change at me and told me to leave. I walked out to my car but ultimately decided I wanted to try and speak to someone more reasonable. I went back inside. There were people already in line so I waited for my turn. When I went up to the counter she said I needed to leave. I asked her if there was a manager I could talk to and she replied that she was the assistant manager. I asked if she had a phone number for a manager and she told me to leave. I started arguing with her again and she said I needed to leave or she would call the police because I was "causing a disturbance". I want to clarify that I was not yelling, I did not insult her and I waited my turn in line rather than trying to push in front. I told her again that I wanted a manager's number and she told me there was a number for corporate on the door. Fat lot of good that did, I have called multiple times and no one answers or returns messages
