We got a couch and bed set up and neither lasted at all cheap furniture !! Our bed broke right away we called cause the warranty an they never got back to us it literally just started falling apart the frame was super flimsy wood. The couch just started ripping from the top i sewed it confused why the heck it was even ripping its gotten so bad i just wnna get rid of everything we got from there the wood and material seem so cheap and its crazy cause they were deff not cheap!!!.

I am very disappointed. I went in on Sunday to get a couch and love seat through financing which went great, Jay was very nice through the process. Although the day before the furniture was supposed to get delivered, I get a late night call stating that it wouldn't and I could come get the floor model for a discount the next day. When I get there the next day they said they no longer do financing so I would have to take the floor model at full price. Terrible experience and now my credit score went down because of that. I ended up canceling since there is no way I'm taking a floor model for full price.

Kelly greeted us immediately and helped us get a new washer and dryer. The process was easy and fast. And Kelly was great!

Go anywhere else. Horrible customer service. If you have any issues that conns caused they will not help you in the store they will have you contact the 800 number where I waited 3 hours for an agent. Before the 3 hours I did the option twice where they call you back and I never received a call back. They take for granted that you won't cancel and settle for bad customer service.

Apparently I’m on a lease to own contract which I was not made aware of, I have been paying on my couch with no problems but now I got an email saying I need to pay my total of 1,800 I have left next month in full or I will be charged interest and my payments will go all to my interest pay. I cannot pay it in full by next month if I would have known that I would have not gotten the couch. I am so annoyed and disappointed.
