“You should definitely make a reservation for a tour of this facility, which operates on donations, to see the indigenous and displaced animals they house here for medical care and rehabilitation.From Sea Turtles, to turtles, tortoises, an owl, hawks, a porcupine, and a few I can't quite remember, as well as amphibians, and snakes inside in their separate cages, to look at.Our tour guide was great, telling us why each animal ended up in trouble and the measures taken to care for them and how to protect yourself and each creature to prevent harm to them in our daily lives”

“A must see attraction in Corpus Christi. It was such a great exhibit of the Art Collection of Jean Walters. We spent more time than we thought we would but it was so good we took our time just learning so much about the art. The young lady at the front door at the counter was delightful and so friendly. She was a joy to talk to as she shared her love for the place and her involvement with the mural project. If you are visiting the city of Corpus Christi stop by. I highly recommend a visit.”

“I was sick and without health insurance. I remembered the Gabbard Clinic from my stay at the Rainbow House after Hurricane Harvey. I had a great walk-in experience. Everyone there was professional. The gentleman at the front desk was nice to me. I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the healthcare provider. The best part was that I did NOT have to go to a pharmacy... I was given a 5 day course of antibiotics and some OTC medicine right then and there at the clinic. Thank you Gabbard Health Clinic for the services you provide.”

“Right now they have a program going for diabetics on the 3rd Thursday of the month they check your vitals & your bs& A1C you will receive groceries & a visa gift card for $20. They are very helpful, you will come back I believe within 6months”

“Plant sale was kind of crowded and hard to move in. Fire Marshal would have shut it down in a heartbeat. Also had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot just because nobody could move in or out. Could have been planned out a lot better. However, wife is happy with her purchases”

“My sister & family recently traveled from San Antonio to choose a cat. They were so impressed with the GCHS!!! It's clean, the animals are well cared for, the adoption process was very efficient. Hannah knows each cat very well! Dr. Whitlock, the Vet, also assisted with the adoption. The entire Team from the front desk forward were welcoming and thorough in their vetting process for the family and the pet.I take my pups routinely to the monthly clinic. Shout out to Sarah, who is the BEST, always.We are fortunate to have this facility/staff to support the animals and our community!Thanks to all at GCHS.”
“They were very professional and seemed to handle my cat with care. My cat recovered perfectly and had no problems with healing and everything. The cone was a little bit difficult to put on him but that was my error not theirs obviously. I've already referred a couple people to them.”
“I enrolled in the Safety Tech classes this semester and had Mr. John Roane as an instructor. He explained all the lessons and any questions we had, he had an answer or would get us an answer. He made the class enjoyable and not boring. Melinda in the office also was a big help when we missed class because of ongoing shutdowns etc . during class time. She helped us to make up lost class time and anyway she could help. Thank you very much to both of you.”
“Cashiers work very hard. Especially on half off Saturday. Other employees are great putting clothes and other items on shelves. Shoes should be priced not all to high. Some are in bad very bad shape. Things are alot cleaner then before.”
