“As soon as you walk in, someone is there to great you smiling. If not, you hear, “Good morning! We’ll be with you in just a minute” in the distance. ???? That part is funny but I love it because they acknowledge that your there. Other banks or credit unions look at you like “Uggh! Another one!”. RBFCU is quick and explain everything where you can understand. I’ve had seizures from the military, so it kinda takes a bit to process something’s to understand. No matter if I ask the same question in 3 different ways, they will still answer 3 different ways! ???? So now, I have 6 accounts and refinancing 2 vehicles with RBFCU!”

“We came here for the Incubus show and the Selena Auditorium was a great mid sized venue with a great sound system. Their drinks were very reasonably priced for a concert venue and had large beers. The only thing they could improve is the amount of space beside each seat. It was very cramped.”
“I have been banking with them since 2018. They were the only ones who would give me a loan to start my business. My credit score was 740 and I was making 80k a year and had been a customer with Wells Fargo for 8 years at the time and they wouldn’t give me a loan to save my life. Now that I’ve got my business running they are my primary account. I only have one complaint, sometimes they would take the money for the loan from my account days before the due date and sometimes I’d pay on the due date (on a business day) and they’d take the money out again the next day because it hadn’t registered in their system yet. Other than that it’s only been pleasant experiences and customer service are always really helpful and friendly.If they can have a system that updated in a more timely manner then I’d rate 5 stars.”
“I actually love banking with frost as a company, I have been banking with them since I was a teenager. But I will say, miss Desiree behind the front dest is very rude and ignorant. Insinuating they're terribly busy, won't have an eta to print my statements for me. And after all I said was "ok that's fine let's just get it done" as in, let's get this ball rolling if you think it'll take a while. (Duh) then she accuses me of having a tone and starts to belittle me. Absolutely absurd customer service that I have never encountered at this location. I suggest to management to reevaluate her position at Frost Bank.”
