We recently purchased a power lift chair from C. B. DME which was delivered to Portland (TX), satisfactorily assembled and demonstrated. It works as advertised but we noticed the seat sagging on the left side. A delivery man inspected it and told us that nothing could be done to repair it. Until this is fixed, it will be the.only item we will purchase from this company.

Not good at all , because after I bought a portable potty , n after a week I didnt need it because my commode was high enough and i did not use it at all , they said no returns after 7 days .. never heard of that no returns like that before!!! .. WOW !!!! NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH THEN !!!

I have been dealing with the staff here for the last 14 months regarding a knee scooter. They have been super helpful in negotiating the complex world of Medicare/Insurance claims so that I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. I had to pay a couple of hundred dollars deposit in order to receive my equipment in a timely manner. They promised to refund that deposit when they received the insurance payment. True to their word, they did just that. I would highly recommend them for all your durable medical needs. They are very pleasant and easy to deal with. A big shout out to Lisa in billing! Thanks.
