A large dealership with that small town feel of community. I have been satisfied with every aspect of their facility. From sales, as they helped me build the truck, then ordering, service dept, exceptional as they needed to finish up some odds and ends. To the present, 2 years later, with nothing bad to say. They are definitely more expensive than an average garage, but ask yourself, do you want an average mechanic working on your 70k investment? This is where you need to get your tires, oil, etc. I am not affiliated with them other than being a customer, but I have tried the cheaper route in the past, and it was a hard lesson. I am saving you that pain, take it here, or to a qualified RAM tech for services

We bought our last jeep Cherokee latitude in Calallen with y'all 5 years ago. So we wanted to come back again. The jeep brand has always been very reliable and we have never had any problems with our cars. Ruben Flores our sales person was GREAT. He was not pushy nor he did not pressure us into getting a vehicle. He answered all of our questions and let us take our time. Ruben got us a great deal and everything I wanted in a new car. We love our new Jeep. Thank yall

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a vehicle from them July 4th brand new and it has just been countless issues, I took it back to them and it was in service for 4 weeks and i am Still having issues and have been attempting to contact the service manager for a week and no response !!

I love my new truck! The team of Joe Ayala and Ruben Flores made this buying experience so great and easy for me. This is actually the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from this duo and it just so happens those are the 2 best vehicle buying experiences I have had. My son purchased a vehicle not even a month ago & he had a blow out, when he told the salesman that sold him the car about the tire or when he brought up if they're gonna replace the tire(s) the salesman changed the subject. So I called myself 2day 9/27/24 a manger named Randy called me & told me that by law they can't put vehicles out on the lot without passing inspection, in my opinion I don't think they really cared as long as they make a sale. I told him that i've bought vehicles at Autonation & that NEVER happened 2 me. He told me he was gonna talk 2 the other managers cuz they were in a meeting 2 see if they could make my son a deal on some tires, I never got a call back from him. Those tires were dry rot & they should replace them, at least now I know never 2 get a vehicle there!!

Service department is terrible at correspondence. My car was in there for a week before any diagnosis was done. Still has yet to be fixed because I need something to drive…Never get direct answers always get the run around.
