Most of the employees are friendly and willing to provide fair customer service. But this new pawn broker Alyna is just flat out rude, her faces, her tone and her mannerisms are terrible. I literally dread having her assist me with any of my transactions.

After years of coming to this pawn shop I figure that we have become somewhat of a family wrong wrong they're just trying to get over on you people come to pawn shops they understand that there is interest involved but you don't have to Rob Us making it seem like we don't have nothing of value an AR-15 they want to give me a loan for $200 a 270 rifle they want to give me 150 to $200 Cash America pawn I'm going to cut doing business with you

From the moment I walked in Jenna was working hard stocking merchandise, and when I asked for help sbe was very helpful answering any questions I had ,and when it came down to purchasing my item she even cleaned it right in front of me to make sure I got the best experience possible, thank you for going above and beyond!!

Very friendly and informative staff. Jessica and the rest of the staff at his location were all very welcoming to me and transparent with pricing etc. Other customers seemed to know the staff well, so it seems like they build good relationships with all of the people who do business here.

Very Bad customer service. Stay Away. Rude store workers accusing other people of being a criminal and then not taking something that could just use a universal remote. Don't come here. They are known for lowballing as well. STAY AWAY!!!

if i can give this store 0 stars i would. the lady was grumpy and rude to my husband. i don't recommended coming here at all. I prefer going to cash america on Ayers they were really helpful :)

Ok I got one I bought a 14 k chain from them after harvy thinking I made a good investment but turns out after 2 years when I try to sell it back to them they didn't wanna buy it back I said why? Well when they tested it it wasn't 14 k it was 10 k but not even that it was plated full of carbon metal they couldn't buy their own gold back please if u but gold there check all the details before check out these guys r scammers I learned the hard way go to ijaz
