This is by far my fave gym. I've tried so many others and this one is just a vibe! The staff are welcoming and don't make you feel awkward, even for a newbie. The price is great and there are so many classes that can help you kick start your fitness journey. Evolve class is my favorite, Margaret is a wonderful instructor and keeps me going back. Oh they have boxing bags! Yay

Crunch is a great place to go workout. Everyone is nice. No judgement zone. The stairmasters are very old. If they update them like the new one it would be great. Also need more benches for free weights.
