  Was lucky enough to accompany my daughter for her recent purchase through Nathan at the Corpus Carnax. Great location and great staff. She got a super deal, with seriously outstanding customer service! Nathan was so accommodating. We popped up with a last minute schedule change and were pretty picky , and he was so kind, gave us such grace and made it all just fun! Exceptional, across the board.

  Just bought a car 4 months ago and already have a flat and car did not have a spare tire, and was told they do check but but obviously do not care to share that information. Was told they buy cars from customers and turn around and sale as is without checking into the car.

  Love CarMax. The whole process was very easy, no pressure, no going back n forth. I don't trust regular dealerships, I've bought several cars, and when they give you their 1st deal, that's the worst deal to accept. Anyway, even the manager James, was helpful and even funny. Will definitely go back.
