The trainee that’s been there for like 6 months was doing pretty well. Also the other gentleman that was more experienced made sure I was helped”

“I utilized two different Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations; one where my rental car came from and another I used to make a payment. They picked me up, dealt with my insurance company, and gave me a ride back home when I returned my rental. The employees were very curtious, personable, and professional. I received excellent cusomer service at both locations and the mini van I rented was so new I had to ask how to start it. Enterprise is the best!”
“I've been without a car for a few months, and the hole in my pocket paying for delivery services and ride shares finally gave out. I decided to rent a car for the day to go car shopping. From the first "Hello!," their service was outstanding. Booking rep had that glowing kind of face that leaves your face a little sore from smiling... And the drive! Now, *he* deserves a badge! (In all my excitement, I didn't memorize his name, which feels super rude. ) By the time I got in the car, I was just so thrilled to be out and about! I was pretty obnoxious. He probably had 10 customers' worth of chatter in his ear in one short trip. Yet he was just so warm and friendly, professional, calming, informative. Genuinely fun to interact with. He offered guidance on local businesses. I asked his opinions on cars he'd driven working with Enterprise, and he was able to give me some great info and he patiently guided me in to the office.And there I met.... Oh! I wish I could remember their names. But again, just warm, professional efficient. He offered to put me in touch with staff in the Enterprise Sales., gave me all kinds of options they could provide, beyond the research I'd done online. It was awesome. This was not the disinterested, disengaged politeness that most of us treat each other with. This did not feel "Sales-Y". This was small town caring, with the professionalism and service of a vibrant downtown community. SO impressed! I am almost sad to say, I was able to find a car and won't need to rent again for a bit! :) I did find a great car deal, thanks in no small part to the advice and exemplary service provided by the team on Waters. I wish I'd discovered them a few months ago. I'd have saved hundreds over the ride share/delivery fees to Uber, etc. While I didn't end up using the company for a car purchase, I'm a forever fan. I'll send all my friends and biz Downtown. Thank you so much. Legit, ya'll made my year!”

I would love to see PV Rentals all throughout the state so that I could use them for all of my rental needs. I have been using them for about 3 years now and have never been disappointed. “Amazing experience with Corpus Christi Slingshots. The whole process from renting it on the app to dropping it off was very easy and they answered any questions I had. It was very clean upon pickup and drove smooth the whole drive. Would highly recommend that y'all rent a slingshot from them!”

“If ever you are in Corpus Christi International airport, do rent from Alamo. Their prices were great for a one week rental premium truck. My number experience that will make me return as a customer is how Ron the from reservationist greeted his customers and gave the most professionalism care for every customer he assisted. To include my family and I. Will I return back to this location and rent from Alamo? You bet I will.”

“They transported my mother from Spohn Shoreline and did an amazing job! They handled her with great care. They let me ride in the front because my car was in the mechanic shop. Robert was such a pleasure to be around! He talked to me the entire way home. The gentleman in the back (Zach) made sure my mother was comfortable the entire time. When we got to my home they made sure I didn’t need anything before they left. Robert and Zach helped me put the rails on the bed because I didn’t know how! Thank you guys so much for taking such great care of my mother and myself!”

He was knowledgeable and informative; courteous and respectful. “I should have caught her name, but the woman running the rental counter Sunday night, 11/24, was awesome. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond tracking me down when I forgot an important piece of medical equipment. To top that off, even the car I got was great. All around awesome experience, and I'll try to update this with her name if I find it in my paperwork.”

“I’m very satisfied with my Hertz rental experience. The car had just over 2000 miles on it and it was very nice. Checkin was easy. They didn’t open till 1/2 hour after I arrived but it wasn’t too long of a wait. The lady that checked me in was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I don’t remember her name but she was fantastic. A couple days after renting I had a concern of some pre-existing damage on the car and she assured me it had been noted. The charges to my credit card were exactly the same as I was quoted when I made the reservation. I had an early morning flight so I just dropped the key and form in their convenient box. I have no hesitation about renting from them in the future.”
