I need someone who lives there right now to tell me how it is there, me and my girlfriend wish to live here and we're looking for a 1r apartment have 2 dogs one puppy and one older dog I work over in cal and she's looking for a job there please if anyone can let me know

It's a great place but tenants who own dogs need to pick up after their pets and look after their children under age.
