I came in with a vague description of this floppy thing making noise under my car and they immediately new what I was talking about and took my car in. The service was done in less than 20 minutes and I was able to drive away safely and happily without a big ding to my wallet. It’s always scary going to a car shop but the staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful! This shop has an old school vibe inside and they use handwritten paper receipts so it will be quicker to pay cash instead of card to have an easier time with checking out. I noticed that they do not do state inspections anymore.”

“My car needed some repair work and Caliber was one of the shops recommended by our insurance company. After looking at all the recommended shops and reading the reviews we picked Caliber and were not disappointed. They kept me informed and clearly answered questions I had about the process. Their work was very good and I really can't tell the car was repaired. One minor issue was a disconnect between Caliber and the insurance company. Caliber needed the car to be dropped off before they would order parts while the insurance company wanted the parts on hand before I dropped off the car. Caliber's reasoning was sound and I mostly feel the disconnect is the fault of the insurance company as they should work this issue out with the shops they recommend.”

“If you are wanting to get your car repainted and or repaired go straight here. They are the most reasonable honest and professional paint and body shop I have ever worked with getting jobs done. I recently took a 2001 Z28 Camaro that has been in our family for approximately 24 years. It needed some bodywork and a brand new paint job. The work was absolutely flawless. When I got the car back. I was in tears because it looked just like it came out of the showroom with the exception of the stripes which came later. The stripes were repainted on the car exactly as they were prior to them getting the car.
This was especially emotional for me because the car had been in a possession of my son who recently died in January, so it was very personal. I want to thank all the people at MAACO who made this possible for me and my family. Definitely will be a return customer when needed.”
