Horrible delivery experience. It is my birthday and JOE from this flower shop was absolutely rude and lazy on his phone call. He sounded absolutely miserable. This should be a pleasant and happy experience , his attitude and lack of professionalism literally ruined my morning as he just hung up the phone and decided to not pick my call back up. The arrangement was also mistreated. Some leaves were bent/broken. I hate to complain as it is the thought that counts but Joe should NOT be the one to deliver. Most rudest service ever.

Kara did a beautiful job for our daughter’s wedding. The bride said it was her favorite part of entire wedding. Kara was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Recently ordered from the blossom shop for my grandfather’s rosary and funeral services that began today. Two orders out of three were completely dissatisfying and drastically different. This was very upsetting as a customer and mourning the loss of a beloved family member. In total I spent nearly $400 with 2 orders being completely different than what ordered. (See drastic difference in photos from the rosary service versus what was ordered).
I never received a call or email about how drastically different the arrangements would be changed. When I spoke with the representative this evening, she said she forgot to call and explained that she just substituted from what they had available. Mainly substituted due to not having the urn or flowers at all. Rather than considering the customer. I would have loved to been notified for proper replacements than what was given by this business. And given the courtesy of choosing something that would satisfactory to the money spent.
I believe in fair business practice of what someone orders (online) should be honored and in good faith if changes are to be made by a business to give the customer a heads up. Don’t offer something online that your business cannot fulfill, that is robbing the customer of hard earned money.
What I received could have easily come from Walmart or HEB. Even Orchid arrangements at HEB have overall are better quality than what was delivered. And would notify their customers because that is good business practice. The best they could offer was potentially “half” off reimbursement when the owner arrives tomorrow morning. Not even immediate replacements or full reimbursement.
Will update this post when the owner calls me back hopefully in the morning.
See attached photos. Because it speaks for themselves. I have used Blossom Shop multiple times in the past and genuinely hope they make this situation right.
Update: On the morning of the funeral services, spoke with the owner and he had a terrible attitude right off the back. His excuse was “God determines when the flowers bloom. And it is the website’s fault for linking flowers we can’t provide not ours.” Shocked since my family has given this establishment decades of business. Had to negotiate to at least get partial money back for each plant. Since a full reimbursement meant him “losing money” and him sending a staff member to remove the plants in the middle of the funeral. The partial reimbursement was honored and provided quickly.
My grandfather proudly served this country and it’s sad how this shop treated a veteran whom gave a lifetime of service to the US Army.
Sad to say that their business statement of “friendly and prompt”, “professional”, “making your experience a pleasant one” & “we go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect” no longer exists.

My girlfriends and I ordered an arrangement for our lovely friend. I placed the order late the day before delivery and the flowers were received early the next day. The arrangement was beautiful.

We used Blossom Shop Florist for our wedding in March of 2024. They were very professional, helpful, artistic, friendly, and delivered the florals for our wedding on time. And they were affordable. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend using them for your special day!

The flowers we ordered for a funeral arrangement looked NOTHING comparable to what we ordered, not the type of flower, not the amount of flowers. They were delivered a day late too.
Still have not heard back from shop.

I ordered a Lavender Reflections Spray yesterday for a funeral that was advertised on the Blossom Shops website for $138.60. After I ordered I was charged over $200. I called and asked why and the owner said that the website was not their website and that their sprays start at $175 and he would make it up to me and make a more fuller and better spray. I attended the service last night for my friend's father and saw the spray which was very skimpy, very small flowers and no roses at all. I was so disappointed and felt very embarrassed that my name was on that spray. I will not be doing business with this outfit again.

I order flowers from them every couple months, never had an issue until today. I love ordering from here because I look at the options in their website and I just call them to place the order over the phone and normally takes about 2 hours for them to deliver (I think it's very good).Today I ordered a $300 bouquet, and my wife got it within a couple of hours but when she send me the pictures, I noticed that it was not what I ordered.I called the flower shop a very helpful lady answered, she had me send the pictures of what my wife received, when she noticed there was an issue about, she immediately apologized, and ask if she could send they the right arrangement the next day (because it was late). I told her yes, later on she sent me pictures of the arrangement and it was just as I ordered.The made a mistake but fixed it the best way possible.I will definitely keep ordering from them.
